Request For Proposals (RFP)
JaW PA is issuing a Request for Proposals to qualified companies, nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, and individual consultants to design and conduct a comprehensive statewide legal needs assessment as described in the document linked below. Award will be based first and foremost on the quality of the proposed approach, including demonstrated experience with hard-to-reach populations.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Justice at Work seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our internal operations. A key member of our leadership team, the COO will inform organizational strategy, advance resource development, and ensure best practices in all facets of JaW-PA’s operations. The COO partners with the Executive Director and Chief Legal Officer to ensure strategic alignment in JaW-PA’s people, programs, policies, and practices. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, as well as expertise in human resources administration and grants management.
Chief Legal Officer (CLO)
Justice at Work seeks a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to lead our legal programs. A key member of our leadership team, the CLO will inform organizational strategy, advance resource development, and drive programmatic excellence. The CLO partners with the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer to ensure strategic alignment in JaW-PA’s people, programs, policies, and practices. The CLO supervises and develops legal leaders and staff, strengthens JaW-PA's delivery of legal services, optimizes case management, fosters a collaborative culture committed to continuous learning, and cultivates impactful community partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring extensive nonprofit legal practice experience and a proven ability to lead mission-driven teams in delivering high-quality legal services.
