Summer 2026 Internships Available

JaW PA seeks 1L or 2L law student interns to join our dynamic statewide team of advocates working to advance the rights of low-wage workers throughout Pennsylvania. Substantive areas of work for summer interns include wage and hour cases; unsafe or unhealthy work conditions; employment discrimination; protection of workers’ rights to engage in protected concerted activity free from retaliation; and immigration relief for survivors of labor trafficking and other workplace crimes. Interns may also collaborate in community education and outreach.

Immigration Supervising Attorney

The Supervising Attorney – Immigration Law is responsible for ensuring high-quality legal assistance on behalf of eligible program clients, primarily by supervising the organization’s immigration legal work. The Supervising Attorney will collaborate with the leadership team to uphold compliance standards that guide the organization’s operations and will play a leadership role in the organization’s partnerships in the statewide legal services community.
