Staff Attorney- Employment
Location: Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA (hybrid remote eligible)
The Staff Attorney will help advance workers’ rights in Pennsylvania by providing legal assistance, education, and advocacy on behalf of eligible clients of the program, with a focus on wage theft, workplace safety violations, discrimination, labor trafficking, and other types of employment law cases. This position can be based in either JAW-PA’s Pittsburgh or Philadelphia office and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Client Intake & Administrative Paralegal
Client Intake & Administrative Paralegal is a member of JaW’s intake team. The Intake Paralegal supports the intake team in receiving and responding to all requests for assistance in a timely, client-centered, culturally-informed manner. The Intake Paralegal also supports the administrative work of JaW, including opening and closing cases in the agency’s case management system and ensuring staff members’ completion of compliance-related case management protocols.
